Lian Vane recorded CL-415 Super Scoopers flying low over the trees to fill up at Shaver Lake to help fight the Garnet Fire. The Super Scoopers are designed to skid along the surface of the lake at speed to scoop up water and then lift off again without stopping. Two planes have been brought in from Wyoming to assist with the Garnet Fire, which was sparked by lightning on Sunday.
