Last night, I had the privilege of speaking to the Professional Women in Building Association about the power of authentic leadership. It was incredible to see women in non-traditional careers supporting one another—and the bonus? Many of them were fellow OSU grads! 🧡🤍 I shared one of my core leadership truths: “Anchor yourself in identity, not image.” Because leadership isn’t about appearances—it’s about knowing who you are, living your values, and empowering others to do the same.
