Two weeks ago, braxtonkeathley posted a video of him hitting 113 out of 115 three-pointers. Right away, I knew he was #OneOfUs — one of those relentless workers who lives in the gym working on their game. As someone who used to shoot 1,000 shots before school every morning, I was blown away by his work ethic and sent him a DM with some training advice. He told me he’d love to get a workout in one day and that he looked up to tyresemaxey’s game—so I invited him to LA to train with Tyrese the following week. Turns out, Braxton can hoop! He led the state of Kentucky in scoring as a sophomore, and with his work ethic, I have no doubt he’ll keep leveling up. This interaction with Braxton made me want to start rewarding more young players who attack the game the same way with opportunities and experiences like this.
