Join Dr Jude Danby for a talk on age as a protected characteristic, just one of the vibrant sessions on offer at RCGP's Annual Conference, being held in Wales in October. Dr Danby is chair of the Later Career and Retired Members (LCARM) Group at RCGP. The LCARM leads, one from each of the faculties across the UK, have 900 years of experience between them, in a variety of roles. As well as the session on age, there will be a meet and greet session to talk about careers and experiences over a cup of tea and slice of bara brith. As the conference falls on the same day as the Hindu festival, Karwa Chauth, there will be a session by GP lead and practising Hindu, Dr Mina Goyal - all are welcome to attend. And to start day two of the conference on the right foot, there will be a morning walk.
