Pelham is recognized for his decades of dedicated public service in law enforcement, his leadership in the private sector, and his commitment to strengthening community life. 🚔🌟 A 2005 graduate in Governmental Administration, Pelham balanced his studies while serving as a Hampton police officer and Fire & Rescue volunteer. He went on to a 22-year career in law enforcement, leading specialized units including Homicide, SWAT, Dive Team, and Homeland Security. Today, he brings his leadership to the private sector as Director of Membership at Kingsmill Resort, where he was named Escalante Golf’s 2024 Membership Director of the Year and a 2024 All Star.
