❗️Audi has officially discontinued the A7 and S7 in the U.S. market.
The Sportback duo will not return for the 2026 model year, as Audi looks to simplify its lineup and cut low-volume models.
Slow sales played a big role, only 1,574 A7s were sold in the U.S. in 2024, making it difficult for Audi to justify their continued production.
Instead, Audi will put more focus on the redesigned A6 sedan, which takes on a sleeker, sportback-inspired profile to fill the gap left by the A7 and S7.
For performance fans, there’s good news, the RS 7 isn’t going anywhere, and will continue to headline Audi’s performance sedan lineup.
The RS 7 carries over with a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 producing 621 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque, ensuring it remains one of the most powerful four-door Audis ever built.
This move highlights Audi’s strategy of streamlining its range while preserving its performance halo models.
