Good Day, Friends,
Colorado is building the world’s largest Wildlife Crossing! What a proud distinction for our great State!
Stretching 204 feet long and 200 feet wide, the bridge will be landscaped and fenced to guide Elk, Deer, Pronghorn, and countless other animals safely over I-25, a highway traveled by more than 100,000 cars each day.
Near the Greenland Interchange between Larkspur and Monument, the project is set to be completed in late 2025. Once finished, it will reduce vehicle-wildlife collisions by over 90%, protecting animals and motorists alike, and allowing our wildlife to make their seasonal migrations safely. ❤️
