Unsung Hero Award 🌹🏆   Congratulations to Brianna Cummins eurfcwomen, winner of the Unsung Hero Award 2024/25.   On top of her role uoeperformancesport, Brianna has been a volunteer club coach and team manager. Her work behind the scenes has been vital in welcoming beginners to the game and developing them into strong, confident players.   Players love Brianna for the ‘energy, enthusiasm and joy she brings to every session’. She makes players fall in love with rugby, bringing positivity and smiles in every training session, inspiring players, supporting them with challenges off the pitch, investing in their welfare, and staying back to help 1-on-1. She carries out a mountain of admin work but always has time for every player at every level.
