Whether you’re a mom, celebrating one, or mothering yourself through a hard season—this is your reminder to finally decide to show up for yourself too.
If you’ve ever tried to practice with a toddler around…
Or squeezed in five minutes of breath between work, pickups, and making dinner…
Or if you’ve been pouring into everyone else lately and forgetting to refill your own cup…
You already know: yoga as a mom (of others or yourself) hits different.
These days I juggle self-care between prioritizing my daughter when she’s home from college and keeping up with all the music, fencing, and tennis lessons my son has. Being a mother required that I stop stressing about yoga and allowed it to exist in my life whenever it could—in whatever shape it needed to take. Some days it’s a full class, other days it’s just a breath. But I always make it count.
So I created a series that meets you in that oh-so-familiar space—because we’re all humans pulled in every direction.
