Your shoulders decide which inversion is actually easier for you. Let’s test it👇 1️⃣ Headstand (Sirsasana A & B) → The Best Place to Build Awareness ✅ New to inversions? Headstand is your best bet for building awareness, confidence, and strength. ✅ Headstand A → Great if your shoulders are more flexible. Arms close to the head = less weight on the head, more stability. ✅ Headstand B → Easier on tight shoulders, but with more pressure on the head due to less ground contact. 💡 Everything should be practiced at the wall if you’re new to it! 2️⃣ Handstand → Feeling confident with arms straight, but Pincha feels too tight? Handstand might be a better fit. ✅ Handstand is much harder to balance in than Pincha, but requires less extreme shoulder mobility. Unlike Pincha, where the elbows are bent and shoulders have to work overtime, in Handstand, the arms stay straight overhead, which is a more natural position for many people. ✅ Because of this, tight shoulders may struggle more in Pincha ...
