Bunion Recovery: Part 2 šŸ‘£ The first month after surgery was tough (because I was confined to my couch) but it’s given me a newfound appreciation for the human body and its ability to heal itself. In true Jess fashion, I spent most of this month obsessing over how my stitches weren’t healing perfectly or quickly enough, the constant pins & needles from the nerve pain, and bruising like I’ve never seen before. But I can’t believe how good everything looks and feels now in just a few weeks. Btw did you know your toenails grow more slowly when you’re not walking? I didn’t.
