We finally had our first in-person training since the pandemic, and it feels SO GOOD to be back ❤️ While I’ve assisted trainings in the past, this one is extra special for me because it’s the first one I’ve co-taught, especially alongside yogawithbriohny and diceyoga who guided me in my first 200hr as a baby teacher exactly 9 years ago (.. ok, and a month, it was June 2014). So humbled and grateful for this full circle moment. It really is a dream come true 🥹 Thank you to all our trainees for allowing us to be a part of your journey, for being so open and receptive to all that we had to share, and for all your hard work and dedication throughout the 12 days of training, which flew by way too quickly. I’ll never forget all the sweat, tears, hugs, dancing, growth, and breakthroughs. I’m so proud and can’t wait to see where this journey takes all of you.
