Happy 3rd birthday FLOWGA! 🖤 If you asked me a few years ago how I feel about hot yoga, let alone teaching it, I probably would’ve given you these faces: 🥴😬 Yet now this studio is a place I can’t wait to come to every week, where I get to channel my inner raver (just a little) and get schweddy 💦 with our students.
