I think about her often. The one in her mid-20s, standing at the front of an almost-empty yoga room, wondering if anyone was ever going to show up. Her ego was having a meltdown. Her insecurities were louder than the playlist she spent way too long making for class. And beneath it all, she was just trying to figure out how to be liked, how to fill a room… and how to fill her new life.
What I wish I could tell her (and you):
