Yoga probably isn’t the first thing that comes to mind when you think of your couch 🛋 but all my life I’ve been unknowingly using mine to help my restless body feel good. I’m talking draping myself over the armrest to crack my back, or lying down with my head hanging off the edge watching TV upside down with my legs up the wall 😂 Here are three poses you can do using your couch as the perfect prop: 1. King Arthur Pose - also known as “couch pose”, you can efficiently stretch your quads and hip flexors while watching TV 📺 Multitasking win! 2. Kneeling Lat Stretch - a great way to counter all the sitting and slouching you do all day, which can make you feel extra tight in the upper body. I often like to use this stretch to warm up for poses that bring my arms overhead 🙌🏻 like inversions! 3.
