5’2 and 42 🎂 While I haven’t grown an inch since I was 12, every other part of my life has grown in the most meaningful ways. A lot of that emotional, spiritual, and personal growth has been because of yoga. I’ve had the privilege of learning through my own practice and the even greater privilege of guiding others to use yoga as a tool for transformation—whether it’s to level up, heal, or discover new directions in life. Every time I see someone find something meaningful through yoga, I’m reminded how much this work has given back to me tenfold.
