In a time of seeming disconnection, I’m grateful for the opportunity to still share my practice and silly dance moves with some of my favorite people (safely socially-distanced) last weekend at #IRISAtTheGrounds. I had such a blast sharing the stage with siiiena, and even though things didn’t work out with the live DJ set, we still had a great time with everyone who came to flow, sweat, and laugh with us.
