It’s about time that I finally share my circledna results, after sitting on it for weeks and trying to digest all that information! 🧬 It’s pretty impressive how you can receive 500+ genetic insights from just a simple saliva swab; here are the results from the test that I personally found most interesting — Ancestry 👩🏻: All my life I’ve been told that I don’t look 100% Chinese (too tanned, eyes too big), even though that’s what I’ve always understood my family background to be. Wellll what do you know - according to my DNA, I’m apparently 13.77% Vietnamese and 1.46% other Southeast Asian. Someone in my family tree has some explaining to do! Cancer Risk🎗️: This was one of the main results I was looking forward to receiving, since my dad passed away from liver cancer last year (after surviving it once already in 2017 + nasopharyngeal cancer back in 2008).
