The only “advice” you need for handstands is to:

Amidst all the cues, theories, and confusing advice out there, remember: You don’t need to overcomplicate it. Handstands are about connecting with yourself and enjoying the practice.
So next time you’re on your mat, kicking up, trying- just remember to have fun! Even if you’re falling and failing. There are way too many things we keep worrying about, to add your handstand to that list.
