How to: Transition from Astavakrasana to EPK II 💪 let’s break it down step by step: ⁠ ⁠ First, we need to get into Astavakrasana, here’s how: ⁠ ⁠ 1. From a seated position, bend one leg into your chest and cradle it. ⁠ 2. Put your knee into the crease of your elbow. ⁠ 3. Take the opposite hand of the bent leg, and grab the pinky toe edge of the foot. Push the inside of the calf towards you.⁠ 4. Use that leverage to put your knee over your shoulder. ⁠Press your leg into the arm and clamp down the leg on the shoulder.⁠ 5. When you are ready, tilt forward, place hands on the floor, palms facing down.⁠ 6. Press your hands down, and lift your hips up.⁠ 7. Cross your ankles⁠ as you press them together. ⁠ 8.
