Four Irish internationals (and three Cork men) were on the move on #DeadlineDay with a series of loan moves and permanent deals happening on a busy day across the leagues in Europe. Adam Idah has joined Alan Sheehan's project at Swansea on a five year deal from Celtic after winning two league titles and scoring the winner in a Scottish Cup Final. Chiedozie Ogbene moves from Ipswich to Sheffield United on loan to get back to match fitness after a long injury lay-off last season. Alan Browne has moved North East clubs, going from big spending Sunderland to Rob Edward's Middlebrough FC. Browne played 22 times for Sunderland as they gained promotion through the play-offs. Finally, Michael Obafemi has gone abroad to join VfL Bochum 1848 as he looks to get back into the Irish set up. He becomes the first Irish player to join the North Rhine-Westphalian club. #DeadlineDay #transferdeadlineday
