Twenty world leaders are meeting in the Chinese city of Tianjin, for this year's summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). ⁣ ⁣ Along with the heads of 10 international organizations, it's the largest ever gathering of the SCO.⁣ ⁣ China's President Xi Jinping and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi met on the sidelines and agreed the two nations “should be partners, not rivals.”⁣ ⁣ Modi announced a resumption of direct flights between the two countries - suspended since 2020, over border tensions.⁣ ⁣ #sco #china #india
