As a #lawyer I can tell you this was Cardi’s #OJ moment. The last thing you want to do is ask the jury to believe you or their lying eyes. We don’t body shame here 🙅🏿‍♂️ however from a legal standpoint when someone says another person is security heavy or looks like they could protect the building, a certain reasonable image pops up in all our minds. If this image doesn’t match the reality in court #Cardi could find herself on the losing end but I’ll let you be the judge. Was Cardi’s description reasonable?
