Kevin Rankin has delivered not one, not two, not three, but FOUR babies over his 2.5 years on the job as a firefighter-paramedic with the Oceanside Fire Department, with the most recent happening last month. Any good nickname is earned, and he’s been aptly dubbed “The Stork” in the firehouse.
