One of the huge mindset shifts I’ve made in the last year is just focusing on my energy and what’s going to make me feel the best. Really getting in tune with my body and what it needs. These are a few things that have been keeping me sane.
Daily movement - even if it’s just a 30 minute walk. Moving my body has been good for mind, body and soul.
Phone on DND - I get to decide when I want to interact with the world and I’m not getting constantly distracted by new messages and notifications.
A healthy breakfast - Starting the day off optimizing for the most energy so that I’m not falling over by 2pm
