The only thing that separates the people that have what they want and the ones that don’t is action. It’s crazy that we know exactly what we should do or that next step and some of us never take it. We stay in an endless loop of shifting blame on external factors and settling for comfort.
How can you end the loop?
Acknowledge It - The first step is to acknowledge what you’ve done, who you are, why it’s happened etc. whatever you need to do to fully accept where you are now and how you got there. Now you can stop being in denial and go get what you want.
Create a Plan - life gets a lot less scary when you make a plan. When you have something to follow, plans of action and guidelines to lead you to whatever end goal. My plans start with writing down everything I want to accomplish, putting a date on it then working backwards step by step to write down all the actions that must happen to achieve the goal.
