If there is one pumpkin spice recipe you should make this fall, it’s this Double Chocolate Pumpkin Bread 🤎 It hits all of those chocolate cravings but has a fun fall spin. I’ve made it a few years running and every time I make it, I’m always blown away by this one. I opt for GF flour but feel free to use regular! Add it to your Fall baking rotation
Wet ingredients
1.5 cups organic pumpkin puree
½ cup maple syrup
3 tbsp coconut oil melted and cooled
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry ingredients:
1 cup flour (I used 1 to 1 GF baking flour)
½ cup cacao powder, unsweetened
1 tsp baking soda
1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut (can remove or sub nuts)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used Hu’s kitchen)
Pinch of salt
Additional coconut and chocolate to top

1. Begin by preheating the oven to 350°F and lining a loaf pan with parchment paper.
