This garage was nothing special. Complete with exposed joists, pipes, and wires—not to mention the sloping concrete floors and lack of natural light—there was a lot of work to do to make it a comfortable space. But thankfully, when they purchased the home back in 2018, Jessica and Stig Olson saw its potential. In 2020, they reached out to a friend, interior designer @hana_mattingly of @innenstudio, for help. Mattingly brought in another friend, architect @jackhotho, and when the design meetings started, they felt more like dinner parties than work sessions. “Jess is an amazing cook.
