Our 2019 EpicPromise Progress Report is out today, highlighting big wins in energy efficiency & waste diversion and $14.5M in community & employee grants across VailResorts 🌿Together, we’re ON TRACK to achieve our bold #CommitmenttoZero goals. Breckenridge made innovative improvements to its waste diversion system by piloting a food scrap collection program, which will be expanded across the resort this season – with the goal of diverting at least 40 tons of organic material. All waste material collected will be used locally to create high-grade compost for use around Summit County, including revegetation projects with the White River National Forest.
