Get your powder blue suit and your platform boots ready, we're going window shopping on Yonge Street in 1975! Amateur photographer Harvey Naylor took these images in June and July of that year between Bloor Street and a little south of College Street. He was keenly interested in documenting Toronto buildings and streetscapes, leaving 8,405 colour slides to the City of Toronto Archives. 1. Men's formalwear, possibly Syd Silver at 500 Yonge Street.
