Summer is the time for street festivals! Today we look back on the Celebrate Toronto Festival, which took over five intersections of Yonge Street and turned them into open air performance spaces for the weekend of July 4 to 6, 2003. City photographer Jose San Juan was there to capture these fantastic images.
