1. A Gen Z REALTOR making “authentic,” absurdly funny TikToks by roasting your house to get laughs? Or
2. A borderline geriatric millennial, who knows how to market, and attract the right buyer and actually close the deal?
I’m not bashing the younger generation. I appreciate their dirty jokes and eyeliner. I’m just suggesting, that maybe, when it comes to selling your most valuable asset, you should hire a Realtor who talks less about bush and more about ROI.
