TFW you use your off term to break world records Bond Almand '26 just crushed the Pan American speed cycling world record. Starting at the Arctic Circle and finishing in the southernmost city on Earth, he biked 14,000 miles through snow, ice, desert, and rain forest—solo and unsupported—in just 75 days. Nine days faster than the previous record holder. Along the way, Bond gained 600,000 feet in elevation (that's like summiting Mount Everest 20 times), battled extreme weather, injuries, and other challenges—all while carrying everything he needed. Bond also partnered with thehonnoldfoundation to raise funds for solar panels in Indigenous Amazonian communities, combining his love for cycling with his passion for environmental action. Making a difference while breaking world records? Love to see it.
