Here is my go-to Stairmaster workout! I have been doing stairmaster workouts for years, it’s a great way to tone your legs and shape your booty 🍑
If this is your first time using a stairmaster maybe cut the numbers in half and workup to this after doing it a few times.
Routine below:
10 min walk on level 10 (each stairmaster is different so find what feels right)
Lower incline 3 levels
20 Side kicks - right leg
20 Side kicks - left leg
20 kick backs - right leg
20 kick backs - left leg
With some walks in between you’re at 15 mins
Put incline back up 3 levels
Turn around walk backwards for 2 mins
Put your incline up 5 levels
20 second jog
20 second walk
Do this 4 times and your done!
