MCSO is excited to share that our Programs division recently teamed up with @dfscharlotte to help our female residents shine! Not only did these ladies get to pick out fabulous business attire, but they also gained confidence and skills by preparing a 2-3 minute presentation on "Rebuilding From Within". Over the course of a month, the residents learned about causes close to their hearts and shared their journeys at their graduation ceremony. We're so proud of all they accomplished. #BeingTheDifference
