TAG your class BFFs! ⬇️ Why choose to workout in a group setting? ✅ Motivation: Either you’re just inspired by seeing others working hard around you, or you seek out people that are a level up that you can use to push yourself, or you are the one inspiring others and that pushes you to be a leader. Motivation is a powerful tool. ✅ Accountability: similar to motivation, having a support system while you pursue your fitness journey is crucial to your success. There is support you need outside of the gym, but you can also find great support inside the gym and keep each other accountable. ✅ Community and friendships: Group classes are one of the best ways to meet new people and develop new friendships.
