Yesterday, with the support of teamirembo and Turner & Townsend, and the Tigers Team who joined us for Umuganda, we officially began preparing land to build a new home for Rugira Theoneste, a 58-year-old genocide survivor and former RPA - RDF Veteran. The house is expected to be completed within a month and a half. We also handed over the keys to a fully renovated and furnished home for Hassan Mpangaza, a 79-years-old Genocide survivor, completed in the first phase of our Kwibuka project with the support of rwandaeventsgroup. Through their continued support, he will also receive livestock to further support his livelihood.
