Yesterday May 6th, in line with #Kwibuka30 with the Support of betPawaRW we donated 76 sheep to offer support to the Genocide survivors in Rubavu District. In Bugeshi sector, 32 sheep were donated, with the remaining distributed across six neighboring sectors. Ntakirutimana Denis, CFO of Bugeshi Sector, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Bet Pawa, Our Past Initiative, and other partners for their support in empowering survivors. Gerard Mbarushimana, President of Ibuka in RubavuDistrict shared the same sentiment, emphasizing the importance of nurturing these animals for sustainable livelihoods.
