How Are You Developing Power?
We use a variety of resisted, assisted, and body weight jumps to develop power in our athletes. Here we have:
1. Trap Bar Jumps - OVR At 0.9+ m/s
(^ OVR is the black box connected to the trap bar reading out how fast James is moving)
2. Tested Vertical Jump
( ^ We test & track jumps weekly)
3. Band Resisted Pogos > Stag. Switch Jumps
4. Band Assisted Double Jumps
