Jubilant Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) supporters erupted in celebration outside the counting centre for Trelawny Northern at the Trelawny Multi-Purpose Stadium, after their candidate Tova Hamilton was declared winner of the seat. 🟢🎉🇯🇲 With all 146 boxes counted, preliminary results show Hamilton securing 8,159 votes to defeat the People’s National Party’s Kenneth Wykeham McNeill, who polled 7,820.
