Min 1) Plank Push-Ups
Min 2) Russian Twists
Min 3) Single-Leg V-Ups
Min 4) Hollow Rocks
Min 5) Sit-Ups
If you’re new to fitness I would recommend modifying to 15-30 second stations, take breaks as needed. You can also break up the challenge and do it throughout the day. Tag a friend and let’s get after it together.
