Last Friday, we came together to make 36 AMWD sandwiches for those currently experiencing homelessness in San Francisco. We delivered in the Mission and SOMA districts where we were met with open arms. While we found a lot of tents empty, those around were helpful in accepting additional lunches for their neighbors. Compared to 2022, there seems to be an increase in women and younger people with more semipermanent shelters in place.
