That means a heck of lot more detail, especially when you're shooting things like portraits, wildlife or landscapes where every little texture counts. And if you've heard of upscaling before, with this tech it’s not just stretching pixels — the camera uses AI and every bit of knowledge about the lens and body to make up a new result that's sharper and more realistic than older upscale tech has ever produced. A couple things to know though: no, it doesn't work with RAW, the subject does need to be pretty still and it will eat up more storage space.
