Her captivating shots blend food photography with intricate prop design, giving viewers a delightful sensory experience. We were thankful to chat with Jacki to get a unique insight into the creation of her art.
MPB: How did you build your style and do you think you have more to learn?
Jacki: “COVID meant that I couldn't get out and do my wildlife photography so I bought myself a Canon EF-S 35mm macro lens and started to take photos of stuff from around the house. I quickly moved to trying miniature photography and that quickly became a passion. I usually have a rough idea of the scene that I want to create before I start so I tend to know which props I am going to use and which figures.
