📷️ Used Mamiya RZ67 ♻️⁠ ⁠ This camera is legendary among medium-format film photographers and has shot world-renowned images. You're spoilt for choice, but possibly the most famous RZ67 story is about the origins of the Windows XP background — you know with the pure white cirrus clouds and green hills. It's a photo of Sonoma County, California captured by NatGeo photog and author Charles O'Rear for his stock photo company in '98. He was struck by the scene while driving and had to pull his truck over to capture the shot in four tries. He says it was never digitally edited and explains the gorgeous saturation was down to the Mamiya and Fujifilm Velvia film combination.
