Ruffy who is currently known as one of the most creative strikers in the UFC's lightweight division expressed his frustration with the current state of grappling in the UFC as of recent. Making reference towards UFC Middleweight champion Khamzat Chimaev and former UFC lightweight champion Islam Makhachev, Ruffy said to "Train sambo if you want to put on boring fights".
