Naughty by Nature is the second studio album by the group #NaughtybyNature, released on September 3, 1991, through Tommy Boy Records. The project was both a critical and commercial breakthrough, earning Platinum certification on February 6, 1992. Its success was driven largely by the smash single “O.P.P.”, which climbed to number 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1991 and became a cultural anthem of the era. Another standout track, “Uptown Anthem”, was originally featured on the Juice soundtrack and was absent from early pressings of the album before being added to later editions.
