1️⃣ TRX Low Back Stretch with Rotation — rotate and hold for up to 10 seconds per side, total of 3 continuous sets
2️⃣ TRX T-spine Rotation Stretch — hold the full stretch for a minimum 10 seconds, repeat 3 sets per side
3️⃣ TRX Childs Pose — relax into the full expression for up to 30 seconds before returning to start position, repeat for 3 sets
4️⃣ TRX Half Kneeling Stretch — hold the full stretch for up to 20 seconds, alternating sides, total of 3 continuous sets
