Rip Trainer™ Lunge >>> hand position close to power cord
👉 This exercise will have you working on controlling rotation while simultaneously working on lower body strength/balance
YBell Lunge >>> Grip the outer handle in rack position
👉 Extending the arm overhead will challenge this exercise even more especially as you try to resist side-bend and hypertension
For both of these exercises, be sure to brace the abs/hide the rib cage.
Perform 3-4 sets
10-12 reps each side
30-60 second rest
