2024: Be the best version of you Work up to landing the TRX plank press by: 1. Plank holds 1 minute or more 2. 20+ rep push ups (no pauses) 3. Wall handstands 4. TRX pikes (eventually work up to a straddle) Maintain tension on the TRX. Take your straddle as wide as you can while you lower your body to the floor elbows landing first.
